Cherry Republic: Kabob's Kick'en Hot Sauce

Welcome to The Blog of Burn. Scott and Dave's monthly hot sauce review blog. If you have any comments leave them in the comments section or email us at blogofburn@gmail.com. Thanks for stopping by.

WARNING: Some of the sauces we're trying are VERY hot and have the potential to cause you much pain for an extended period of time...or worse. So please, if we rate them as really hot believe us and if you decide to try them you do so at your own risk.

Rating System

The Tests
1. Taste Test: we sample the sauce by itself.
2. The Cracker Test: we sample the sauce on a cracker.
3. The Dish Test: we sample 3 drops of the sauce in approximately 1/2 a cup of the dish.

We do a 5 star rating system based on a culmination of the three tests. We give ratings in the areas of:
1. Packaging: how cool do we think the packaging is
2. Taste: how does it taste
3. Initial Heat: how hot is it immediately after contact
4. After Burn: how's the burn after 10 minutes
