A month ago I bought a bottle of Rectal Rocket Fuel from a Hot Sauce shop in VA beach (the Sauce Shoppe). It's a Caribbean Jerk sauce meaning it's sweeter. I bought it on the recommendation of the owner after he let me sample some other sauces. The sauce has a sweet vinegar and pepper taste to it, followed by a medium burn. Now to me a medium burn is a burn somewhat hotter than normal Tabasco sauce. Over the past month this has become a well used sauce and I'd be likely to buy it again. Also, I'd recommend this sauce to friends and family. If you can handle Tabasco you can handle this, and this tastes better (IMHO). It's good flavor combined with it's medium burn makes it good for almost all occasions. I'd recommend this sauce to anyone who is looking to get into specialty hot sauces but doesn't have the "hardened" tongue to handle to the hotter stuff yet.My Score for Rectal Rocket Fuel:

The label is funny and is one of the reasons I bought this carribean sauce instead of some of the others.
Taste: 4 STARS
The sweet vinegar and pepper flavor is wonderful and right up my alley.
Initial Heat: 2 STARS
Medium heat. Won't make you cry but you can taste it.
After Burn: 3 STARS
It may not be very hot but the sizzle sticks around for a while.
*EDIT* I (scott) went back and changed my score for the initial heat. I changed it to a 2 because my initial score of 1.5 wasn't an accurate score for the sauce.
